1974 Harley Davidson 3-Wheeled Electric Cart

It is in mediocre shape and my dad is looking to upgrade. Still runs but may not be reliable for an extended period of time. There is a top that white frizzles on it and the paint job is white with a big orange stripe on most of the cart.
